Türkiye Scholarships provide scholarships to the students studying in Turkish language training course, associate, undergraduate, graduate and research degrees.

Требования к стипендиатам: 
Для подачи заявления на участие в экзамене необходимо: Быть учащимся выпускного класса или выпускником школы, лицея или колледжа, возраст не старше 24 лет. Студенты ранее, получившие государственную стипендию Республики Турция, но, не продолжившие обучение по неуважительным причинам, в последующем, имена которых были внесены в список исключенных студентов из турецких университетов, не могут подавать документы. Кроме студентов, которые не смогли продолжить учебу по независящим от студента обстоятельствам. (болезнь, стихийное бедствие). Не должен болеть болезнями, препятствующим учебе в Турции. Выполнять все изложенные условия регистрации, определенные учреждением высшего образования, в котором вы хотите обучаться;
Цель стипендии: 
Türkiye Scholarships is intended to generate a new higher education system which is well-matched with Turkey’s regional and global vision. It is aimed that with new implementation to improve an international student-oriented system based on the basic success criteria.
